Option 1

The day starts with introductions, the participants are divided into two teams, then given a safety briefing and a short skills session to prepare for a walk of between 3 – 6 miles Teams will be faced with a variety of challenges to complete along the route.  During the lunch break a buffet lunch is provided and teams will have a selection of activities to complete.  The day concludes with a review of the day and presentation of certificates. 

The price for this activity starts from £200 and depends on group numbers and your individual programme requirements.

Option 2

Building on the skills developed in option 1 or as an Intermediate skills level activity, teams would participate in a 6 – 10mile walk attempting various challenges along the route.  A packed lunch can be provided or teams cook their own food as part of the lunchtime activities. The day concludes with a review of the day and presentation of certificates.

The price for this activity starts from £250 and depends on group numbers and your individual programme requirements.

Option 3

Building on the skills gained in options 1 and 2 or as an advanced skills activity, this option is held over a weekend, meeting on a Friday evening and departing on Sunday afternoon.  The activity begins with a basic outdoor skills session, participants will then take part in the planning and preparation necessary to complete an expedition.  The expedition will include an overnight camp with team challenges.  After completing the expedition the teams will be responsible for the cleaning and return of all expedition equipment.  The activity concludes with a review of the weekend and presentation of certificates.

Price on application for this option.  It will include food, expedition equipment and will depend on the location of the activity.
